Ensuring a successful outcome: We take over the project management, overall coordination and execution of your construction projects. We manage the quality, costs and deadlines throughout the construction period and represent you as the principal in all matters. Our main focus is on the planning and execution of construction and interior design projects for Erste Group Bank AG and the Sparkassen banks.

Property Maintenance & Logistics
Live in your buildings with peace of mind: We assume the responsibility for the ongoing technical maintenance and the building logistics of the owner-occupied real estate properties of Erste Bank Holding AG and Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG.
Our services
- We act as the first point of contact for technical faults in your property, draw up a catalogue of defects if appropriate and ensure that repairs are made promptly and professionally
- If any damages occur, we will handle your insurance claims
- In terms of building logistics, we take care of receiving incoming goods, distribution logistics, warehouse management and waste disposal management
- We coordinate all aspects of cleaning at your property, such as maintenance cleaning, snow clearing and gritting, pest control, plant service and special cleaning
- We offer comprehensive reception management at the headquarters on Erste Campus and in the Tower. The main reception hub is located in the atrium of Erste Campus, assisting about 300 visitors daily with navigation throughout the premises. There are also other reception areas for employee matters and maintenance companies near the south exit and in the Tower.
