Martin Radjaby-Rasset takes over as Head of Strategic Brand Development and Brand Management of Erste Group and Erste Bank
As of 18 September 2017, Martin Radjaby-Rasset will take over the management for strategic brand management and marketing at Erste Group. Moreover he will also assume the position of Head of Strategic Marketing and Communication Design at Erste Bank Oesterreich and will develop this area.
A first concrete step for Erste Bank jointly with the lead agency Jung von Matt/Donau will be to set up a completely new collaboration model. The project “Agile Communication – We simply do it” is an interconnected project that works across organizations. Within the scope of this new structure, Radjaby-Rasset will run the operations of the advisory and creative team of Jung von Matt/Donau from his position within Erste Bank.

Martin Radjaby-Rasset (41), started his career in 2006 at ORF Hitradio Ö3, the largest Austrian radio station, where he ran the programming department until 2011, and was responsible, among other areas, for the design of Ö3-Wecker, content development, formats and campaigns. After this he developed and managed political campaigns like the election of the Austrian Federal President Alexander van de Bellen. In the past few years, Radjaby-Rasset was member of the management of the Viennese agency Jung von Matt/Donau. He was responsible for clients such as Erste Bank and Sparkassen, ORF and Ö3. He is married and the father of two daughters.
