Vienna, Austria
Westfield Shopping City Süd - with 330 shops, is Vienna's largest and one of the most prestigious retail locations in Austria and entire Central Europe. In 2021, it became part of the renowned Westfield network of flagship shopping centres in Europe and the USA, which together reach more than one billion customers per year. Erste Group acted as Bookrunner and Mandated Lead Arranger in the refinancing for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, the majority owner and operator of SCS.
Galeria Jurajska
Czestochowa, Poland
Galeria Jurajska is a modern shopping and entertainment centre in Czestochowa and was opened in 2009. It consists of about 49,800 m2
of gross lettable area with 200 shops, service and catering outlets and the Cinema City multiplex. Galeria Jurajska can be considered the dominant shopping centre in the town.
