Are you required to complete an internship as part of your studies, or would you like to get some work experience while you’re still studying? Then apply for a position with us. We can give you the opportunity to apply in the workplace the knowledge you’ve acquired in the lecture theatre, right from the start. We are looking for ambitious, innovative students with a hands-on mentality from the areas of business studies and banking and finance, or studying MINT subjects (mathematics, IT  etc.). An internship with Erste Group lasts 4-6 months; start dates are flexible. Internships are offered in Vienna.

A summer internship is the ideal opportunity to gain your first experience of working and to make some important contacts. Erste Group offers valuable insights into the workings of different areas of an internationally operating bank. Students have the opportunity to complete a summer internship in Vienna in July, August and September, for 1 to 3 months.

What we expect from you

The summer internship is aimed at students who are enrolled at a university or a university of applied science. We are looking for people who can demonstrate commitment as well as customer and service orientation. A good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for a summer internship with Erste Group.
